Refund Policy and Right of Withdrawal
This policy details the conditions for requesting a refund for the **Emosync** product sold by **Ísis Kamenach Santos**, in compliance with consumer protection laws.
1. Right of Withdrawal (7-Day Guarantee)
You have the right to withdraw from the purchase and request a full refund of the amount invested in **Emosync** within **7 (seven) calendar days**, counting from the date of payment confirmation and receipt of access to the training.
- Deadline: The final deadline for the request is the **seventh day** after the purchase.
- Reason: You may exercise the right of withdrawal **without needing to provide any formal justification**.
- Condition: The guarantee applies to **all customers**, regardless of the level of content accessed.
2. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please follow the steps below:
- Send an email to our support team at: contactmastersk@gmail.com.
- In the email, include the following information: **Subject** (EMOSYNC REFUND REQUEST), **Full Name**, **Purchase Email**, and the **Date of Purchase**.
- Our support team will respond within **48 business hours** to confirm receipt of the request and initiate the chargeback process with the payment platform (MundiPagg).
3. Chargeback Processing and Timeframes
The refund of the paid amount is processed by the payment platform (MundiPagg) and follows the timeframes defined by it and the card operators/banks. The timeframe starts after our team initiates the process.

- Responsibility: **Ísis Kamenach Santos** is responsible for requesting the chargeback to MundiPagg within the legal timeframe. The responsibility for the final credit of the amount to your account or invoice lies with your financial institution.
- Access: Once the refund is processed, your access to the **Emosync** membership area will be **immediately revoked**.
